Derek Norton, Founder
Derek was in and around boats from the earliest age racing E-scows and Etchells with his parents. From his first job at North Sails and up through the ranks there, to top level racing and superyacht skipper/project manager, a love for the ocean and maritime endeavors grew.
A brief time away for undergraduate studies and an MBA in Europe segmented a long career as a captain and crew on fine vessels around the world. This left a desire to never be far from the ocean and to make his living upon it.

World-class sailor, author, public speaker, original holder of the Jules Verne Trophy, Cam Lewis is known throughout the sailing community as a top racing skipper, able to extract the most from his team and boat. He is a past winner of the America’s Cup & holds numerous ocean sailing records and world titles.

Abe Klein, Broker
Abe Klein has been sailing the coast of Maine since he was a teenager on classic schooners, modern race boats and everything in between. Born and raised on a farm in Vermont, once he discovered working on the ocean he has never looked back. Abe is licensed as a 3000t Oceans Master, and has worked everything from square-rigged sail training ships to Submarine motherships to classic Herreshoff sloops. He now lives with his family in Camden, skippering and project managing sail and motor yachts. Abe loves getting out on the water with friends and helping people find their perfect boat.
